Missing Trial License Key?

Many of our Toad product Trials require a license key upon installation, and sometimes users don’t receive the automated e-mail with a license key as expected.

The two most common causes of this are either:

  1. The e-mail went to your spam folder.  Look for an e-mail from “No Reply” in your spam folder; it may have been caught by your e-mail spam checking.
  2. You had a typo in the e-mail address provided when you completed the registration form to download the Trial code.  If there was a typo in the e-mail address provided, the license key e-mail would have been sent to the wrong e-mail address.   If necessary, complete the registration form to download the Trial again and double-check that you’ve entered your e-mail address correctly.
