we're using Toad for SAP 220.127.116.115 and every time someone connects to our servers using toad it opens a new version on the SYBASE IQ server.
this version will be open until the user CLOSES toad or disconnects from the server. -this behavior causes us to have lots of unneeded version on the server.
is it possible to disable this behavior?
there was a way to disable it when using ODBC connections, but as far as i know Toad is using .net connections.
Thanks for the help!
I recently received the "free period ended" message and upgraded to Toad for SAP Solutions 3.1. In Query Builder, when I double click on certain tables (that had no issues in my previous version), I am seeing a "Domain error during explicit conversion of INT value '0' to a BIT field" message. I can click OK and the table shows is added but the table doesn't show all of the fields. These tables were set up by others, I simply query off of them.
Is there no longer a 32-bit version of Toad starting with 3.2? Unfortunately some of our workstations require 32-bit Win7 for in-house applications.
This morning I went to launch Toad and I get the message:
The Freeware period has expired. Please visit Quest's website to download the latest version.
The latest version shows a release date of 25 Aug 2017 at 7:47pm, however the version, 18.104.22.1685 is the same as what I had, from like a year ago.
Still, I uninstalled what I had, downloaded this release and installed it but still get the same error.
Is this the end for Free Toad for SAP?
Per subject, does the Toad client offer an option to save multiple (/all) open result sets as a single .xlsx file, under multiple spread sheet tabs?
(A result set on each excel tab)
Thanks in advance,
