Option to Turn of Default Feature of Automatically Expanding Params, Types and Declarations...

In Schema Browser when selecting a proc on the left hand side then moving the cursor to the right hand side to look/scroll through the proc, the left hand side automatically opens Parameters, Types, Declaration sections. Is there a method to NOT automatically...

User Interface for ORDS development

I would like a new module in Toad for Oracle to do ORDS Development. Now ORDS development has to be done using PL/SQL using the ORDS package or using SQL Developer . It would be nice if Toad has too a user interface for ORDS.
