Image that you've forgotten your Oracle Cloud account details. No problem, you'll just click on the friendly Account Details button, right?
Not so fast, buddy. That link just takes you to a default 403 Forbidden page.
This is apparently permanent Oracle policy - this error message has been all the help you get from Oracle for at least the 20 days since I last blogged about it.
You might want to hold off on joining the Oracle cloud until they get their act together a bit more.
Sten, I no longer work for Oracle since a number of months, but just to be fair, did you raise an SR? Oracle Support and the Cloud Ops team wont be reading blog entries to figure out what's wrong. They need customers to tell them.
You are in luck mate. This issue will be resolved soon.
Would have been resolved sooner if you had raised an SR 20 days ago...But no worries.
