This video presents a methodology for creating Oracle Trace files using Toad for Oracle and replaying them in Benchmark Factory for Databases. By replaying production trace files in a test environment, potential problems can be identified and fixed before occurring in production.

Benchmark Factory includes a scripting feature named BFScripts.  There are over 50 BFScripts that can be used to dynamically change your tests to suit the needs of your environment or to randomize your test data.  BFScripts can be used in transactions, profiles, and when calling executables.

In Benchmark Factory 5.5.1, we added this powerful scripting functionality to the Execute file command.
