How can I get Toad published on Citrix?

Toad fully supports installation on Citrix servers.

Basically what happens is this - if you choose the 'Citrix' option on Toad install, Toad will put down a Special Folder in the Toad install location of the Citrix box. When a new Citrix User logs into the farm and runs the published Toad farm, ALL of the files in that folder are copied over to the user's application data folder for Toad.

In this fashion, we are able to move over all of the individual settings over for each toad user to have in the Citrix farm. If you publish Toad on multiple Citrix farms for Server Load Balancing, you'll want to ensure that you configure Toad to use a central folder to store user options so that a user doesn't have a separate set of options on each of the servers in the farm.

Full procedures for installing Toad on a Citrix server are located in the Getting Started Guide.
