In Project Manager options use Associations tab set up most frequently used programs. Use toad to automatically launch your project files to the correct program. It can even tell some programs to use existing window versus open a new one www.toadsoft.com/haveumet.html I use Toad's PM to manage and organize all of my programs and files and folders.
