Configure the keyboard shortcuts to whatever you like. You can configure Toad to have the same keyboard shortcuts as one of your other favorite programs. This is in the options window for Toad 9 and higher. Older versions of Toad can Mouse Right Click on the Toolbar -> Menu Shortcuts.
