Do you forget the syntax to Oracle functions or pieces of code you have written and would like to use in another SQL script or PL/SQL procedure?  Use the "named SQL" feature in the Toad SQL Editor to have those code snippets available without having to dig through your files.  Add your own code examples by going to the SQL Editor menu and selecting "Add to Named SQLs".  Give your example a name that will make it easy to find from the drop down list from the SQL Recall toolbar.
