Toad Extension for Eclipse allows you to set AutoCommit settings for every Oracle connection.
At bottom tray of Eclipse you can see your current AutoCommit settings.
This tray is visible only when Object Describe or SQL Worksheet tab is active.
If you click Schema Browser the tray disappears.
If AutoCommit is activated icons for Commit and Rollback operations are disabled on both
Object Describe and SQL Worksheet tabs and Commit is executed after every your action automatically.

Otherwise the icons are enabled and Commit or Rollback can be executed manually.

If you wish to quickly change AutoCommit settings, double click the icon in tray!
