Toad Extension for Eclipse allows you to specify Date Fomat output and input patterns. Output pattern affects displayed data and format the stored date in desired format. Input pattern offers you a way to use different format when adding new records to your database.Benefit: I can use European format for inserting records and US format for displaying records or generating HTML reports.
