TOAD 9 saw the introduction of the TOAD Reports Manager and the ability to import and export TOAD Report Manager reports. This opened a whole new world of possibilities as we could now create reports and share them with other TOAD users. To date I have written over 400 Oracle E-Business Suite focused TOAD reports. ( Maybe I should get a life 
)
Any way, back in November 2008 I wrote a step by step instructions guide on how to export and import TOAD Report Manager reports. This is your first step in both backing up and sharing your TOAD reports.
